Keep screen on for tablets

New “Keep screen on” setting (on by default): keeps the screen awake while playing and on the communication board, so the tablet goes to sleep less often.

Link word game ↔ AAC and tile fixes

Premium: link words to AAC (“Also on communication board”) and the other way when adding AAC tiles (“Also in word game”) — one photo, synced display name and phonetic pronunciation.
AAC: online search and paste-link when adding a tile; phonetic typing instead of per-tile recording (consistent app voice).
Support chat on the website with FAQ answers and idea-box chip.

Official launch — first stable release

TWIYO 1.3.0 is the first official stable launch: Premium, AAC, games, speller, and parent panel in one production baseline (see docs/releases/1.3.0-OFFICIAL-LAUNCH.md).
Parent settings: gear opens PIN → settings; tab order on AAC and word games (drag or ↑↓).
Speller: switch uppercase (ABC) and lowercase (abc); phonetic pronunciation when creating new AAC tiles too.
Security and privacy: Stripe restore with email verification; expanded privacy policy; user guide aligned with the app.
Audio: fewer overlapping voices (mp3 + TTS); Premium welcome email; less repetition in games.

Welcome email, less repetition, steadier audio

Premium welcome and sign-in code emails in TWIYO branding (mobile-friendly).
Games: less repetition of the same image or number per session (shuffled pool).
Extended audio orchestrator: counting, word match, feedback sounds, server TTS, and speller — fewer overlapping voices.

Speller board: reliable read-aloud

Speller read-aloud uses server TTS (mp3), including on MacBook and the installed app.

More reliable audio and phonetic pronunciation

Central audio orchestrator: less overlap and more stable AAC sentences and alphabet.
Parents can set phonetic pronunciation per AAC tile (e.g. sgool for school).
Speller board and app updates: faster TTS after tap; update toast no longer waits forever to reload.

Faster audio, parent login, and Premium linking

Simplified audio: bundled MP3s for AAC and games; speller and free text use instant device TTS (faster on iPhone and Android).
Alphabet: letter sounds auto-play each round; audio is primed when you open a game.
Parent login via email one-time code (OTP), with more reliable Redis storage and clearer error messages.
After login you can link Premium to your account; restore also works when switching devices (one active device).
Welcome email after first Premium link; Stripe and device APIs more stable on Vercel.

Parent login stability update

Fixed: login codes could fail to store (`storage_failed`) with Vercel Redis connections.
OTP storage now supports direct `REDIS_URL` fallback in addition to `KV_REST_*` and `UPSTASH_REDIS_REST_*`.
Redis write/read flow was hardened for more reliable parent email-code login.

First public release

Word-matching game with six categories — learn mode and quiz.
AAC board with core words, I want, I feel, actions, people, yes/no/help, and places.
Counting, alphabet, and speller (Premium).
Parent panel with PIN: custom words with photo and recording, category visibility, backup, settings.
